GLDAC Day offers a dynamic mix of advocacy, leadership, and connection. Participants can expect opening remarks from the Southern Area Director and Georgia policymakers, followed by focused conversations on legislative priorities advancing education, health equity, economic mobility, and social justice.
The day will feature insights from nationally recognized leaders, including Kyle Waide, President and CEO of the Atlanta Community Food Bank; Keith Parker, President and CEO of Goodwill of North America; and Natosha Reid Rice, VP of Global Housing Opportunities at Habitat for Humanity. The experience will also include a Capitol-steps press conference and a photo opportunity, along with intentional networking that brings sister Links together to build relationships, amplify our collective voice, and turn advocacy into meaningful action across Georgia communities.
